• 3.0 out of 5 stars from Felicitykitty -- Not for keto beginners : I have to give this book at least three stars due to the inclusion of so many non keto (even low carb) ingredients. Sugars, candied fruits, whole milk? These are no way near keto. As a long time keto eater, I can look at a recipe and make the appropriate exchanges but novices may not be able to. Some of the recipes are straight keto but it's still a hit or miss. I have yet to actually try making any of the recipes but this review was from just looking at some of the very non keto ingredients. ( Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2021 )

I also see widely varying flour levels, from recipes with none to others with 4 cups, which I know is too much for my bread machine. I’m skeptical of most of the low flour recipes. I’m also wary of a bread machine recipe that includes whole almonds. Really? Combine all that with the grammar/translation issues (can’t even get the cover right), I’m not optimistic.
